Terms of Service

By accessing or using SnackBreak Hero ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including viewers, creators, and visitors.

SnackBreak Hero is a video platform that allows creators to upload short-form video content and viewers to discover, watch, and support that content. The Platform facilitates creator subscriptions, tips, and community interaction.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SnackBreak Hero. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. SnackBreak Hero is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Creators who enable paid subscriptions or receive tips agree to the following:

• You must complete identity verification through Stripe Connect before receiving payouts.
• SnackBreak Hero retains 20% of subscription revenue as a platform fee. The remaining 80% is paid to the creator.
• Tips are processed and credited to the creator after applicable payment processing fees.
• Payouts are subject to Stripe's payout schedule and terms.
• You are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your earnings.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant SnackBreak Hero a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or violates any third-party rights
• Sexually explicit or involving minors
• Hateful, harassing, or threatening
• Spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• In violation of any copyright or intellectual property rights

SnackBreak Hero reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these policies.

All payments are processed through Stripe (card payments) or Crypto.com Pay (cryptocurrency payments). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms of service. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.

Cryptocurrency payments are processed through Crypto.com Pay. Crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain. SnackBreak Hero is not responsible for losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, network fees, or market volatility. You are responsible for ensuring your crypto wallet is compatible.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any fraudulent payment activity

The SnackBreak Hero name, logo, and platform design are owned by SnackBreak Hero. You may not use them without written permission. Creator content remains the property of the creator.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SnackBreak Hero does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or that the Platform will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, SnackBreak Hero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

SnackBreak Hero reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
